As an organised, competent skipper and marine engineer, he specialises in problem solving and getting things done.

Growing up around boats, Trini has honed her commercial experience in the remote Kimberley on deck and at the helm of several high end charter vessels. Her boat handling skills are second to none, and her infectious personality means that if Trini is on board, it's guaranteed to be fun! Trini is also a qualified dive master with a Bachelor of Marine Science.

Josh brings several years of experience on international superyacht and commercial vessels to the Avalon Marine team. He’s a qualified electrician and a skilled problem solver, with extensive knowledge in operating and maintaining luxury vessels in top condition. Josh is also eager to share his passions for surfing, fishing, and spearfishing!
